Community guidelines
A community guideline is one of the platform's behaviour rules - what may be said in chat, what may be asked of a performer, what may be shown on camera - enforced by moderators and automated filters rather than by law. Individual rooms often layer stricter rules of their own on top.

Where you see it
The full set lives in a help-centre page linked from the sign-up screen, but the version you actually read is the short list pinned beside a room's chat, plus the warning a moderator sends when something crosses a line.
Why it matters
Enforcement lands on the account rather than the message: a warning can become a chat ban, a room ban or a suspension, and a suspended account can leave you unable to reach whatever is held in it. Because rooms set their own extra rules, behaviour accepted in one room can get you removed from the next, and disputes go through support rather than back to the moderator.
