Support ticket

A support ticket is a written request logged with the platform's own help desk, usually through a form in the help centre, that is given a reference number so the exchange can be traced. Billing questions, refunds, cancellations and locked accounts are all handled through this one channel.

Where you see it

The entry point is a Help, Contact or Support link in the account menu or the page footer; after you submit, replies arrive by email and are normally kept in a ticket history on the site.

Why it matters

The ticket system is the only route that can act on your account, which is why the reference number is worth keeping when a charge or a cancellation is disputed later. It matters for a second reason too: people impersonating support turn up in chat, email and social replies, and support that contacts you first and asks for a password or a payment is not support.
